The RTH21007-10 is a GaN Doherty Hybrid Amplifier that operates from 2110 to 2170 MHz with 43% efficiency and an output power of 7W over the frequency range. It has a small form factor. A 28 x 19 x 4.8 (mm) on an AIN (aluminum nitride) board which provides excellent thermal dissipation. The amplifier is ideal for 4G/LTE small cells.
