The RTH23007-10 is a GaN (Gallium Nitride) Doherty Hybrid Amplifier that operates from 2300 to 2400 MHz. The amplifier has been developed for 4G/LTE small cell base stations. It has a high efficiency of 43% and can provide an output power of 7W over the frequency range of operation. Integrated with Asymmetrical Doherty configurations, RTH Series is packaged in a very small form-factor 28 x 19 x 4.8 mm on AIN (aluminum nitride) board which provides excellent thermal dissipation.
