The SKY66313-11 is a high-efficiency power amplifier that operates from 3400 to 3600 MHz. This high gain, high linearity PA provides an output power of 33 dBm with a gain of 36 dB and PAE of 15%. It requires a single 5 V supply and has integrated active biasing circuitry to compensate for PA performance over temperature, voltage and process variation. The amplifier is available in a 5 x 5 mm package and has been designed for FDD and TDD 4G LTE and 5G Systems.
