The TL0374J from Tagore Technology is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 0.4 to 3.0 GHz. It provides a gain of 21.5 dB with a noise figure of 0.35 dB and has an output P1dB of 18.5 dBm. This amplifier requires a supply voltage of 5 V and consumes 60 mA of current. 

The TL0374J is available in an 8-pin QFN package that measures 2 x 2 x 0.75 mm and is ideal for 4G/5G infrastructure radios, small cell and cellular repeaters, phase array radars, and SDARS applications.
