The LMH3401 from Texas Instruments is a differential amplifier that operates up to 7 GHz and provides differential conversion performance from DC to 2 GHz. It can be used in radio frequency (RF), intermediate frequency (IF), or high-speed, time-domain applications and is ideal for DC or AC coupled applications. The amplifier has an excellent HD2 up to -96 dBc, HD3 up to 102 dBc, noise figure of 9 dB at 200 MHz and slew rate of 18,000 V/µs. It has a power-down feature and supports single-supply or split-supply operation between 3.3 V to 5 V while drawing 55 mA of current. The LMH3401 is available in a 14-lead UQFN package.
