The TA4310 from Triad RF Systems is a Bi-Directional GaN Power Amplifier that operates from 5 to 5.9 GHz. The amplifier provides a transmit gain of 28 dB and a peak power output of 50 Watts for higher power FM applications. It delivers 10 Watts of OFDM output power while maintaining an EVM of 4.4%. On the receive side, it provides a gain of 11 dB and a noise figure of 2.5 dB. The TA4310 is available in a module that measures 5.3 x 3.25 x 0.6  inches with SMA female connectors.
