The TTRM1008D from Triad RF Systems is a dual bi-directional solid state power amplifier that operates from 4.4 to 5 GHz. During transmission, this amplifier delivers an output power of 44 dBm with a gain of 25 dB and has a switching time of up to 2 microsecond. While receiving, it delivers an output power of 5 dBm with a gain of 11 dB and has a noise figure of 4 dB. It is available in a module that measures 5.63 x 6.13 x 0.69 inches with SMA female connectors. This GaAs dual bi-directional amplifier module can be used for both military and commercial applications. The amplifier is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. It can be used for High Speed Tx/Rx Switching Control, Auto Tx/Rx Switching and Manual Tx/Rx Switching.
