The TTRM1081D from Triad RF Systems is a dual-channel MIMO Bi-Directional Amplifier that operates from 1350 to 1390 MHz. The amplifier provides 44 dBm of output power (per channel) when transmitting with a gain of 25 dB. On the receive side, it provides a gain of 11 dB and a noise figure of 2 dB. This class AB LDMOS module is designed for both military and commercial applications. It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3G/4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. This amplifier is available in a module that measures 4.5 x 5.3 x 0.663 inches with SMA female connectors.
