The TTRM1200 from Triad RF Systems is a Bi-Directional amplifier that operates from 30 to 2700 MHz. This class AB GaN module is designed for both military and commercial applications. It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. The latest device technologies and design methods are employed to offer high power density, efficiency, and linearity in a small, lightweight package. 

The amplifier provides 8 watts of power when transmitting with a gain of 36 dB. And a output P1dB on the receive side of 15 dBm with a gain of 30 dB.
