The MTY2-243+ from Mini-Circuits is an MMIC Balun RF Transformer that operates from 10 to 24 GHz. Fabricated using HBT process technology, this transformer has an insertion loss of less than 2.2 dB, phase unbalance of 6 degrees and an amplitude unbalance of 0.7 dB. The device can handle an input power of up to 31 dBm and has a VSWR of 2:1. This RoHS-compliant transformer is available in a QFN package that measures 2 x 2 x 1 mm and is ideal for use in radars, Satcom, and instrumentation applications.
