The MACP-010573 from MACOM is a Temperature Compensated Directional Power Detector that operates from 10 to 30 GHz. This detector can detect an RF signal from -18 dBm to 30 dBm. It has integrated low loss directional couplers and built-in temperature compensation circuits to provide an easy way to monitor the power of a signal traveling in a specific direction along a transmission line. The detector requires a voltage of 3.2 V and draws a current of 0.5 mA while operating. It is available in a compact surface mount, leadless plastic package.

This detector can be used for a wide range of applications, including power monitoring and leveling in Point-to-Point radios, IMS, Radar, VSAT, EW, and Aerospace & Defense systems.
