The Digital Control PIN Attenuators from AltanTecRF are available in multiple frequency configurations up to 40 GHz. These attenuators have an attenuation range from 30 to 60 dB with a step size of under 1 dB depending on the selected configuration. They can handle up to 200 mW of power, have a low VSWR and a fast response time. The attenuators are matched to 50 Ohms and requires a 5 V Supply to operate. These digital control pin attenuators are available in a compact module with SMA or 2.92 mm connectors.
