The RFLM-872113HC-150 from RFuW Engineering is a Passive Limiter module that operates from 8.7 to 10.7 GHz. This module provides passive receiver protection (always on) against average powers of up to 42 dBm and peak powers of up to 46 dBm pulsed (pulse width = 10 usec, pulse repetition rate = 5%) with base plate temperature at +25 oC, while maintaining a low flat leakage of less than 14 dBm, and reduced Spike Leakage of less than 0.5 ergs.

It has been designed to have a very low small signal insertion loss permitting an extremely low receiver noise figure while simultaneously offering excellent large input signal Flat Leakage for effective receiver protection in the X-Band frequency range. The RFLM-872113HC-150 has excellent thermal characteristics and is available in a surface mount package that measures 9 x 6 x 2.5 mm package. The module carries a Class 1C ESD rating (HBM) and an MSL 1 moisture rating.
