The TDLM025100 from Teledyne e2v HiRel Electronics is a drop-in limiter that operates from 10 MHz to 2.5 GHz. This limiter has a threshold level configuration from 7 to 13 dBm and can limit up to 50 dBm (100 W) of peak power with a fast response time of less than 1ns. It is available in a 24-pad CLGA package that measures 4 × 4 × 0.85 mm.

The TDLM025100 limiter is a monolithic integrated circuit based on a Silicon-on-Insulator (SOI) technology that is ideal for use in high-reliability aerospace and defence applications. This integrated device provides customers with a more reliable and robust power protection solution compared to the traditional industry alternative, discrete GaAs PIN diode circuits with multiple external components. This power limiter is suitable for harsh environment applications, including military, space, avionics, medical, satellite transceivers & antennas, and sensitive orbital T/R modules.
