The CMD303C3 from Custom MMIC is a Sub-Harmonically Pumped Mixer that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter. It has an RF frequency from 13 to 21 GHz and an IF frequency from 7.5 to 10.5 GHz. This mixer has an LO to RF isolation of 22 dB, a conversion loss of 10 dB, and an input IP3 of 13 dBm. The mixer requires 0 to 2 dBm of LO drive and operates on a single positive supply of 2V. It includes an integrated LO amplifier housed in a leadless 3 x 3 mm surface-mount QFN package. The sub-harmonic design and low LO drive level allow for less stringent oscillator requirements.
