The F1192 is a dual channel wideband down-converting mixer with an RF Frequency from 400 MHz to 3800 MHz and IF Range from 50 MHz to 600 MHz. It has configurable-gain operation from 2 dB to 11 dB for use in a wide array of radio card applications, including 2G-to-5G multimode remote radio units, backhaul systems, and public safety infrastructure. Coupled with ultra-wide bandwidth, this gives radio system designers the flexibility to optimize the receive system gain, noise, and linearity budget for virtually any application. Low power consumption - typically just 835 mW total for two channels - supports high-density PCB layout design in modern remote radio units and small cells. IDT's Zero-distortion Flat-Noise technology allows mixer to attain low noise figure at any gain setting. It has a settling time of 75 nsec for gain adjustment and is internally matched to 50 ohms. The mixer is available in a 24-pin, 4 x 4 mm TQFN package and is ideal for multi-carrier systems and myriad applications.
