The MIX2P25G18G from Lotus Communication Systems is a MMIC Double Balanced Mixer with RF/LO frequency from 2.25 to 18 GHz and IF frequency range from DC to 4 GHz. It provides an LO to RF isolation of 30 dB, LO to IF isolation of 30 dB and RF to IF isolation of 20 dB. The mixer has a conversion loss of 10 dB, single sideband noise figure of 10 dB and an input IP3 of 20 dBm. It is available in a module that measures 0.938 x 0.938 x 0.47 inches with SMA coaxial connectors and is suitable for applications such as Ka band transponders, Satellite Up/Down converter, Mobile infrastructure, VSAT/ISM, General purpose wireless, SDR & Ham radio and Test instrumentation.
