The MMIQ-1040LSM from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer with an RF/LO frequency from 10 to 40 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 10 GHz. This mixer provides exceptional sideband suppression and LO to RF isolation while offering the high linearity performance. It provides an LO to RF isolation of 50 dB, LO to IF isolation of 50 dB and an RF to IF isolation of 45 dB. The mixer operates with a LO Driver power from 10 to 22 dBm and has a conversion loss of less than 9 dB. It has an amplitude balance of 0.2 dB, a phase balance of 5° and provides an image rejection of 35 dB. This IQ Mixer is available in a surface-mount QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for single side band & image rejection mixing, IQ modulation/demodulation, vector amplitude modulation, band shifting and 5G band support applications.
