The CMD181 is a general purpose double balanced mixer die with a RF frequency from 26 and 45 GHz. It has a low conversion loss of 6.5 dB, high LO to RF isolation of 37 dB, and a high input IP3 of 22 dBm across the bandwidth. The CMD181 can be used in both up/down converting systems and can be configured as an image reject mixer or single sideband modulator with external hybrids and power splitters.
