The TDMX011037 from Teledyne e2v HiRel Electronics is a Double-Balanced Passive Diode Mixer with an LO/RF frequency from 18 to 46 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 20 GHz. The device has a conversion loss of less than 12 dB and an LO to RF isolation of 35 dB. It has an LO power of up to 23 dBm and an RF/IF power of up to 20 dBm. This RoHS-compliant mixer is available as a die which measures 1.15 x 0.97 x 0.10 mm and is ideal for use in Ku/Ka-band orbital transmit/receive modules and satellite microwave communication applications. The mixer is also a good fit for test and measurement, microwave radio, and long term GEO-Sat space applications.

The rad-tolerant mixer in die form is electrically screened to meet datasheet parameters and each wafer lot has been qualified per MIL-PRF-38534 Class K for use in demanding high-reliability space environments.
