The ADH939S-000C from Analog Devices is a 5-Bit GaAs MMIC Digital Attenuator that operates from 0.1 to 40 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 31 dB with 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 dB step sizes (± 0.6 dB accuracy) and an insertion loss of 6.4 dB at 40 GHz. The attenuator can handle up to +25 dBm of input power and has an input IP3 of +43 dBm. It is available as a MIL-PRF-38534 certified Class K die that measures 90.2 x 37.4 x 4 mm and is suitable for applications such as Military, Space, Transceivers, Test Equipments and Sensors.
