The AT-VVA-3067-20 from AT Microwave is an MMIC based Voltage Controlled Attenuator that operates from 30 to 67 GHz. It has an attenuation range from 0 to 20 dB, an insertion loss of less than 5 dB and provides typical isolation of -20 dBc. The attenuator requires a control voltage of -1.2 to 0 V and has a fast switching speed. It can handle an input power of up to +15 dBm and has a good return loss of 10 dB in both the ON and OFF states.
