The AG-U000-60V from UMCC is a Voltage Controlled PIN Attenuator that operates from 0.5 to 18 GHz. It provides an attenuation of up to 60 dB which can be controlled by a voltage range from 0 to 6 V, where each 1 V rise results in 10 dB of attenuation. The attenuator has an insertion loss of less than 5.7 dB and a VSWR of under 1.9:1. It can handle up to 20 dBm of CW/peak input power. The attenuator requires a DC supply from 12 to 15 V and consumes up to 150 mA of current. This 50-ohm attenuator is available in a module that measures 50.8 x 57.2 x 13.0 with SMA female connectors.
