The CHT3029-QEG from UMS is a 4-Bit Digital Attenuator that operates from DC to 31 GHz. This GaAs MMIC device has been manufactured on a pHEMT process with 0.25 um gate length. It has an attenuation range of 15 dB with a LSB (step size) of 1 dB. The attenuator has a return loss of 12 dB requires +/-5 V DC Bias. It is available in a QFN package that measures 4 x 5 mm. The CHT3029-QEG can be used for a wide range of applications in military, commercial and communication systems.
