The LDA-802EH from Vaunix is a bi-directional, 1-Channel digital attenuator that operates from 200 to 8000 MHz. It provides an attenuation range of 120 dB with step size of 0.1 dB (less than 2 dB attenuation deviation) and an insertion loss of less than 8.5 dB. The attenuator can handle up-to 25 dBm average input power and 30 dBm of peak input power and has IP3 of 45 dBm. It has a switching speed of 2 μs and VSWR of 1.5:1.

The LDA-802EH requires a 5 V DC input supply and can also be powered from a USB Type-C connection. It has an Ethernet port for physical connectivity and can be controlled using a GUI installed on a Windows or Linum PC. The attenuator is easily programmable for fixed attenuation, swept attenuation ramps and fading profiles directly from the included Graphical User Interface (GUI).

The attenuator is available in a module that measures 101.6 x 63.5 x 24.4 mm and is ideal for applications such as Wi-Fi 6E, 3G, 4G, 5G, LTE, DVB, Microwave Radio Fading Simulators, Engineering/Production Test Labs and Automated Test Equipment.
