The LE-Ka1340316 from Arralis is a GaAs 2x frequency multiplier MMIC with an input frequency of 15 to 23 GHz and output frequency from 30 to 46 GHz. It provides an output power of 7 dBm with a conversion loss of 11 dB at an input drive level of 18 dBm. The MMIC is compatible with precision die attach methods, as well as thermo-compression and thermosonic wire bonding, making it ideal for MCM and hybrid microcircuit applications. The LE-Ka1340316 is suitable high-resolution radar, mmWave imaging, sensing and autmotive applications.

It is designed to be used in conjunction with the Arralis CO-E1340315 passive multiplier to provide a simple frequency transformation of signals from K-Band to E-Band.
