The FM4X14G16G from Lotus Communication Systems is a 4x Frequency Multiplier that converts an input frequency of 3.6 - 4.1 GHz to an output frequency from 14.4 - 16.4 GHz. It delivers an output power of 0 dBm with an SSB phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset. The multiplier requires a DC supply of 5.5 V and consumes up to 73 mA of current. It is available in a rugged, shielded case with SMA connectors and is ideal for use in synthesizers, local oscillators, fiber optic, cellular, satellite communication systems, PCS/W-CDMA, ISM, LTE, SDR & HAM radio applications.
