The LP62 from Bliley Technologies is a series of low power ovenized oscillators (OCXOS) that operate from 10 to 50 MHz. The oscillators consume a start-up power of 350 mW and a steady state power of 135 mW at 3.3 VDC. They achieve a low startup power while maintaining a fast warm up of less than one minute. The OCXOs have a phase noise of -125dBc/Hz at 10 Hz and an acceleration sensitivity of 0.5ppb/G. The oscillators have a rise/fall time of 10 nS and are available in a standard DIP8 package. The goal of this low power product line is to offer high performance with a power budget that is a fraction of standard OCXOs.
