The APPH20G from AnaPico is a fully contained signal source analyzer that operates from 5 MHz to 26 GHz. This analyzer measure signals up to -185 dBc/Hz and supports absolute & residual phase noise measurements from 0.01 Hz to 50 MHz offset as well as transient and baseband FFT analysis. It supports spectrum and phase monitoring and provides fast sweeping automated test modes for VCO characterization or high volume phase noise testing. This signal source analyzer consists of a two-channel cross-correlation system with two internal tunable references sources and also allows measurements with external references. It is a compact and powerful instrument available with LAN (VXI-11), USBTMC, or with GPIB (optionally) interfaces and is ideal for general purpose phase noise tests, cross-correlator FFT analysis and VCO characterization applications. The analyzer comes with an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI), API library, and powerful SCPI command language set.
