The TRX_024_046 from Silicon Radar is an Integrated IQ Transceiver that operates from 23 to 26 GHz covering both ISM and UWB frequency bands. This radar transceiver is fabricated on SiGe BiCMOS technology and consists of a low-noise amplifier (LNA) with gain control, quadrature mixers, a poly-phase filter, a voltage-controlled oscillator with band switching and a divide-by-32 circuit.

The TRX_024_046 has a 2-step Tx power control and homodyne quadrature Rx mixers. It requires a DC supply of 3.3 V, consumes less than 100 mA of current (Tx mode) and is fully ESD protected. The transceiver is available in a Pb-free QFN package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for wireless communication, radar systems and UWB applications.
