The ChipSet Measurement Test Cables from MegaPhase are Test Cables that operate from 0.3 GHz to 40 GHz. These cables provide a smaller diameter solution for test environments including high-density fixture boards and other board-launched connections. The low density dielectric cable offers several benefits including flexibility, low insertion loss, and low capacitance for low loss transfer of power.

The cables have a shielding effectiveness of -90 dB and a VSWR of less than 1.45:1. They have a propagation velocity of 75.5%, a time delay of 1.35 ns/ft, and a capacitance of 87.6 pF/m.

These cables have an inner conductor of solid Ag-plated Cu and an outer conductor of Ag-plated Flat Cu Braid/Polyamide Foil/Ag-plated Round Braid. They have a finished outer diameter of 0.126 inches and a static bend radius of 0.6 inches. This cable assembly is available with 3.5 mm, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm, SMA, Type N, and TNC connectors. They are ideal for lightweight DUTs and fixture board testing applications.
