The Clarity 110 from Times Microwave is a Rugged Test Cable that provides ultra-stable performance up to 110 GHz. It provides more than 100 dB of shielding and has a propagation velocity of 70%. This cable has phase stability of ±2°, amplitude stability of ±0.075 dB, and a VSWR of less than 1.45:1. It has a wide operating temperature range from -55 to 125°C. The cable is available with 1.0 mm (male/female) connectors.
The Clarity 110 test cable features steel torque, crush and overbend protection with abrasion resistance—without compromising flexibility. It has an ergonomic design with stainless steel protective barrel strain relief and a hex coupling nut. The cable has an armored diameter of 4.70 mm, a minimum bend radius (armored) of 25.4 mm, and long flex life of over 50,000.
This test cable has been designed to accommodate the higher frequencies required for advanced testing of automotive radar, 5G, 6G, and beyond. It is ultra-stable through 110 GHz with exceptionally low attenuation for critical mmWave high-frequency measurements, where phase stability and repeatability are of concern. It is also ideal for applications including semiconductor testing and on-wafer probing.
