The SKYFR-001803 from Skyworks is a single-junction circulator that operates from 2.49 to 2.69 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.33 dB, isolation of more than 20 dB, and a return loss of more than 22 dB. The circulator can handle an average input power of up to 20 W and a peak power of 160 watts. It is available in a surface mount package and is suitable for Power Amplifiers and Wireless Infrastructure applications.
