The BL653µ Series from Laird Technologies are a Bluetooth (v5.1) + Thread (802.15.4) +  NFC Modules which are designed for long-range Bluetooth LE and wireless industrial IoT applications. Based on Nordic's nRF52833 SoC, these modules provide a data rate of up to 2 Mbps while operating over a frequency range of 2.402 to 2.480 GHz. They provide a transmit power of up to 8 dBm and have a receiver sensitivity of -95 dBm @ BLE 1Mbps and  -103 dBm @ BLE 125 Kbps.  These modules require a DC voltage from 1.7 to 5.5 V and have current consumption of up to 4.9 mA (Tx) and 4.6 mA (Rx),

The BL653µ Series supports UART, GPIO, ADC, PWM, FREQ output, timers, I2C, SPI, I2S, PDM, and USB interfaces. They are available in a trace pad module that measures 6.3 x 5.6 x 1.6 mm (without an antenna) and measures 6.3 x 8.6 x 1.6 mm (with an antenna) and are ideal for medical devices, fitness sensors, location awareness, IoT sensors, accessories, and home automation applications.
