The WL1835MOD from Texas Instruments is a RF transceiver module with two antenna ports that operate from 2.4 to 5 GHz. It offers high throughput of 100 Mbps and extended range along with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth coexistence in a power-optimized design. This module integrates RF power amplifiers, clock, RF switches, filters, passives and power management in to a single module. It is available in a 100-pin MOC package that measures 13.3 × 13.4 × 2 mm and is ideal for IoT, multimedia, industry and home automation applications. This device is FCC, IC, ETSI/CE, and TELEC certified for Access Points and clients. TI offers drivers for high-level operating systems such as Linux and Android. Additional drivers, such as WinCE and RTOS, which includes QNX, Nucleus, ThreadX, and FreeRTOS, are supported through third parties.
