The 7072 Series from Bird Technologies are precision pulse power sensors that operate from 400 kHz to 13.56 MHz. At the calibrated frequencies, these sensors are capable of 1% accuracy measurements of the gated power within a pulsed waveform. They have a power range of up to 10 kW and are also NIST traceable. These sensors can measure pulse rep. rates from 10 Hz up to 50 kHz and pulse state widths down to 1us. They are available in a module that measures 155 x 50 x 95 mm and are ideal for RF generator calibration and verification, process development and in-situ processes monitoring applications.
