The 7037 Series from Bird Technologies are Precision Pulse Power Sensors that provide high accuracy measurements in the laboratory and semiconductor fab environments. They operate from 400 kHz to 60 MHz (0.4, 2, 13.56, 27.12, 40.68 and 60 MHz options are available). At calibrated frequencies, these sensors are capable of 0.5% accuracy (1.5% within bandwidth) measurements of the gated power within a pulsed waveform. They have a power range from 10W to 10kW. These sensors have a directivity of over 28 dB, an insertion loss of less than 0.05 dB and can measure pulse repetition rates from 10 Hz up to 100 kHz.
Calibration is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) so you can be confident in the quality and accuracy of the measurements these sensors provide.
These sensors are available in a module that measures 155 x 50 x 95 mm with QC 7/16 DIN, N, HN, LC, QRM RF connectors and a USB 2.0 interface through which it can be controlled. The sensors are ideal for RF generator calibration and verification, process development and in-situ process monitoring applications.
