The LLCC68 from Semtech is a Long-Range LoRa RF Transceiver designed for medium range indoor and indoor to outdoor wireless applications. The sub-GHz device supports FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK and LoRa modulation. It provides LoRa modulation compatible with the Semtech transceivers used by the LoRaWAN specification.

This transceiver has a programmable bit rate from 1.76 kbps to 62.5 kbps for LoRa and 300 kbps for FSK. The low power radio transmits up to +22 dBm with a highly efficient integrated power amplifier and has an Rx sensitivity of -129 dBm. This transceiver provides a long battery life with just 4.2 mA of active receive current consumption.

This LLCC68 transceiver is suitable for systems targeting compliance with radio regulations including but not limited to ETSI EN 300 220, FCC CFR 47 Part 15, China regulatory requirements and the Japanese ARIB T-108. Continuous frequency coverage from 150 to 960 MHz allows the support of all major sub-GHz ISM bands around the world. It is available in a QFN package and is ideal for a smart home, smart community, and consumer applications.
