The Midas Flagtag EM4425 DF from Avery Dennison is a Dual-Frequency On-Metal Inlay that operates in the UHF band of 860-960 MHz and HF band (NFC) of 13.56 MHz. It consists of EM Micro-electronic’s EM4425 echo-V IC that has up to 480-bit EPC memory and 2048-bit user memory with up to 96-bit TID/UID memory. This RFID tag combines exceptional performance with dual-frequency capability to provide an all-in-one solution for consumer engagement and product authentication. It has NFC capability which allows the consumer to verify the authenticity of the purchased product as well as engage with product or brand information, while the UHF capability can be used by the retailer to maximize inventory management and accuracy.
The Midas Flagtag EM4425 DF is available as a label/sticker and measures 73.5 x 34.4 mm. It is ideal for item-level tagging, brand protection, supply chain management, and logistics applications. This tag meets the ISO/IEC 18000-63, EPC Gen2 V2 ISO 15693 international standard.
