The WB Ka LNA is a Ka-Band Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 17.7 to 20.2 GHz. The amplifier provides a P1dB of over 13 dBm with gain of 55 dB, and has a low noise temperature of 120 K. This MMIC amplifier supports Global Xpress (GX) configurations and Ka high throughput satellites (HTS) and delivers the gain and linearity needed to handle higher-order modulation schemes like DVB-S2X, in both the GEO and LEO satellite markets. It is manufactured using GaAs pHEMT technology and is available in a module that measures 111.5 x 41.3 x 31.9 mm with WR-42 waveguide interface at the input and SMA connector at the output.  The WB Ka LNA is ideal for use in SATCOM, satellite teleports, gateways, telemetry, tracking and command applications.
