The AWG70000A Series of arbitrary waveform generators (AWG) from Tektronix operate up to 20 GHz. These 10 bits vertical resolution AWGs have a spurious free dynamic range of -80 dBc and sampling rate of up to 50 GS/s. They have up to 16 GSamples of Waveform Memory that plays 320 ms of data at 50 GS/s. The generators are fully operational without an external PC and can simulate real-world environments by playing back captured signals. They are available in a rack mount unit that measures 153.6 x 460.5 x 603 mm. These AWGs are ideal for coherent optical research, validation and compliance testing of high speed silicon and communications devices and generating wideband RF/MW for communications and defense electronics.
