QPC1220Q Image

The QPC1220Q from Qorvo is a High Linearity DP4T Routing Switch that operates from 617 to 6000 MHz for multiple air interfaces including 5G. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.95 dB and provides an isolation of over 22 dB. The routing switch integrates a serial control system compatible with the RFFE 2.1 control interface. The select lines (SID) provide USID addressability and up to two placements of the QPC1220Q on the same design. It requires a single VIO voltage supply and has very low current consumption.

The QPC1220Q is available in a 16-Pin LGA package that measures 2.00 x 2.00 x 0.52 mm and offers designers a compact, easy-to-use, switch component for quick integration into multimode, multi-band systems. It is optimized for transfer routing applications and is suitable for automotive telematics, cellular band applications, 5G routing, and multi-mode GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, and LTE applications.
