The TS7441L from Tagore Technology is a Symmetrical Reflective SP4T Switch that operates from 1 MHz to 2.7 GHz. The switch can handle up to 45 dBm (~30 W) of input power and has an insertion loss of less than 1.1 dB. It has a switching speed of 2 µs and provides an isolation of up to 43 dB. The switch requires a supply voltage from 2.6 to 5.5 V and consumes under 200 µA of current. It is available in a 32-pin surface-mount QFN package that measures 4.0 x 4.0 x 0.8 mm and requires no external DC blocking capacitors on RF lines. It is suitable for use in private mobile radio handsets, public safety handsets, cellular infrastructure, small cell, LTE relays, microcells, and satellite terminal applications.
