The VRFS0008-BD from ViperRF is a non-reflective, GaAs SPST MMIC switch that operates from DC to 20 GHz. This switch provides an isolation of more than 39 dB while maintaining a low insertion loss of less than 1.1 dB. It can handle an input power of up to 23 dBm. The switch is available as a die that measures 1.91 mm x 0.7 mm x 0.1 mm and is ideal for defence and instrumentation applications. The RF ports are DC blocked and matched to 50 ohms.
