The TCXO7502BM Series from Dynamic Engineers are High Precision Extended Temperature TCXOs that operate from 10 to 52 MHz. They have a control voltage of 0.5 to 2.5 V, a frequency stability of 0.1 ppm, and a phase noise of -156 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz. These TCXOs require a supply voltage of 2.5/3.3 V and provide a CMOS, clipped sinewave output.
