The RNT7050AL from Rakon is an Ultra-Stable TCXO that operates from 10 to 50 MHz. This TCXO has a frequency stability of ±50 ppb over a temperature range of -40 to +85°C, or ±100 ppb over an extended -40 to +105°C range and provides excellent short and medium-term stability. This TCXO features Rakon’s patented ‘tilt compensation’ technology that assures the frequency stability is maintained at any control voltage and guarantees optimum performance over the life of the equipment. Its low noise floor of -160 dBc/Hz enables tight EVM masks for 5G Remote Radio Heads making the RNT7050AL an ideal choice for radio and network interfaces.

The RNT7050AL measures 7.0 x 5.0 x 2.0 mm and is ideal for use in 5G and other telecommunication applications when low sensitivity to temperature changes, low ageing, and low phase noise are critical. The product also meets the stringent requirements of IEEE 1588v2, ITU-T G.813, G.8273.2, and G.8262 & G8262.1.
