The TBPF-220-425 from Fraunhofer is a digitally tunable Band Pass Filter that operates from 220 to 425 MHz. It has three coupled resonators and a digitally tuned capacitor that allows tuning of the center frequency with a resolution of 5 bits. The filter has a fractional 1dB bandwidth of 8.4 - 14%, insertion loss of 6.7 dB and a stop-band attenuation of 60 dB. It is available in a solderable module that measures 14 x 15 mm and has a 4-layer FR-4 substrate with a height of 3.62 mm. The TBPF-220-425 is ideal for RF harmonic filtering applications such as multi-standard transceiver, frequency monitoring and software defined radios.
