The CVPD-922 from Crystek is a voltage controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) that generates frequencies from 40 MHz and 125 MHz. It has an extremely low phase noise of -85 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz while the noise floor is at -162 dBc/Hz and provides a differential LVPECL output. The VCXO requires a 3.3 V supply and consumes up to 88 mA of current. It is available in an industry standard 9 x 14 mm SMD package. The VCXO operates over an extended temperature range of -45°C to +90°C.
