The STO-0620300-C-E1 from Eravant is a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) Frequency Extender that operates in the D-Band from 110 to 170 GHz. It supports input frequencies from 9.17 to 14.17 GHz and integrates a Tx/Rx pair that is designed to achieve full 1-port, S-parameter testing over the operating (extended) frequency range. This frequency extender is compatible with modern VNAs such as the R&S ZVA24, Anritsu VectorStar, Keysight PNA-X series, and Copper Mountain CobaltFx. It can achieve a dynamic range of up to 100 dB for certain passive products that require high rejection, isolation, and return loss testing such as directional couplers, orthomode transducers, and filters.

The STO-0620300-C-E1 has a magnitude stability of ±0.20 dB and a phase stability of ±4°. It requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and includes an AC to DC power adapter. This RoHS-compliant extender is available in a rugged enclosure that measures 11.5 x 3.0 x 1.9 inches. It has an SMA (female) connector and WR-06 waveguide test interface.
