The R&S ZNA from Rohde and Schwarz are 2/4 Port High-end Vector Network Analyzers that operate from 10 MHz to 67 GHz. These VNAs act as a powerful, universal test platform for characterizing active and passive DUTs. They offer a wide dynamic range of up to 146 dB and have extremely low trace noise of 0.001 dB at 1 kHz IF bandwidth. These VNAs consist of an internal phase-coherent source, LNA, an attenuator, local oscillator, and can perform mixer measurements for RF and IF in parallel, delivering a measurement speed that is twice as fast as the conventional approach. They have an integrated pulse generator and modulator in each test port and have versatile intermodulation measurement capabilities and spectrum analyzer functionality.
